  • Dit is een 4BR herenhuis met 3 volledige baden Gunstig gelegen. De locatie, voorzieningen en het interieur zijn allemaal geselecteerd met u onze gewaardeerde toekomstige gast in de voorhoede van ons denkproces. Er is een bibliotheek als u ervoor kiest om te ontsnappen om te lezen of misschien om uit uw groep te ontsnappen om te ontspannen. Een moderne en functionele keuken kan je echt het gevoel geven dat je thuis bent. Er zijn tal van winkels en restaurants op zeer korte afstand als u ooit een paar items wilt uitkiezen. Er is ook het extra voordeel dat het heel dicht bij de I-95, de Quantico Marine-basis (11 mijl), een forensenpark, wijnmakerijen, wandelpaden en het historische Fredericksburg ligt. Wij nodigen u uit om ons eigendom te overwegen om echt te ervaren wat wij echt van grote waarde vinden.

The town home was exactly as advertised. It's clean, comfortable, and has a ton of space. It's close to Quantico if you are here for military events and has all the things around you that you could need (grocery and restaurants). The host was great, clear, and easy to work with. I highly recommend it.

This townhouse is perfect for anyone visiting the Marine Base at Quantico. The house is clean and well stocked. The owner is very attentive and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Summarizing communications with stars simply doesn’t do these folks justice. From pre-arrival to check-in and beyond, this is most likely the most hospitable property owners I’ve ever encountered. Additionally the unit is immaculate and pantry is STOCKED! Check the pantry before you head out for any groceries or essentials. Chances are - it’s already there, if not in duplicate. We are already planning to return for our next round of events in DC. Thank you for all you have provided us!

Great town home in the Stafford area. A Roomy and well maintained home. Excellent hosts. Easy drive to DC and Alexandria.

Cannot say enough good things about this house. Its extremely clean and everything in working order. Kitchen is well stocked, which was helpful as we cooked or barbecued everyday. Location is excellent; convenient to I-95, shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend Robiolina Italian restaurant for a nice meal or Girlfriend’s Taphouse for something casual.

Enjoyed our stay! Clean, easy check in and check out. Quick and prompt communication with owners. Great restaurants nearby and easy access to the highway. Fit 6 adults and 2 kids no problem!

We had a fabulous trip enjoying our Marine Officer graduate. This townhouse was minutes from base and offered everything necessary. The beds were super comfy and the hosts were nice enough to check in and make sure everything was perfect.. thank you!

Arlington National Cemetery

This was a great find for our family for a short term (1 week) stay. Neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Restaurants, shopping centers, community public pool, and close to I-95 (.03 mile ). Kofi and Josephine were great hosts and communicated promptly on any questions or concerns during our stay. Very pleasant and satisfying stay for the whole family.

Highly recommended, especially for events at Quantico Marine Corps base. Close to shopping, grocery stores, and easy to get to the base. Easy check-in and out. Proactive and thoughtful communication from our hosts. If you are coming for OCS or TBS graduation, you won’t be disappointed.

Great stay

The home was just as described, it was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans etc. the laundry was really nice to have as well. I would definitely stay here again and will recommend to family members visiting this area in the future.

I can’t say enough positive about this property. We loved it! Very clean and well stocked for our stay. Communication with host was always prompt and accommodating. I would highly recommend this property especially if you are looking for a family friendly place close to the USMC base. Conveniently located to base, restaurants and shopping.

Wonderful property!

Everything with this property was perfect. It was in a great location, in close proximity to shopping and food options. The check-in/check-out was easy and straightforward. The property was also well-stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, towels, and drinks. Would definitely recommend!
