'Very nice hotel and room. Staff was very nice and helpful.'

'Room walls and bathroom not clean, pink mold at shower drain, thin towels, worn out towels, worn out and stained sheets, I hope I can post pictures. WiFi not reliable. Provided breakfast just ok, the scrambled eggs were cold, no meat choice. Nice location.'

'The room was exactly what we needed…see you again November 9th'

'Friendly staff, clean room, good breakfast.'

'The girl at the reception at our arrival was very nice and helped us out greatly. Unfortunately the room smelled of cigarettes and could use renovation.'

'The place is fine for a quick one night'

'No outside lighting at all in the parking lot was so dark you couldn't see to get inside the building when asked the staff about the lighting acted like it was no big deal and stated he used his phone light to see how to get to his car after his shift was over, that's hard to do when you are disabled and use a walker to walk with'

'What I liked was that everything was as expected and I didn't have to do anything except go to sleep comfortably.'

'Top-notch stay with phenomenal staff From start to finish, our stay at the Fairfield Inn Beckley was exceptional. 'Overall sanitation was excellent.'

'Room smelled like dog, carpet was nasty, hadn’t Been vacuumed in a while'

No coffee cups or creamer. Definitely not worth what I had to pay. Had to ask for ice, they would give it out in a plastic bag. Definitely will not stay there again.'

'Ok'

When I called and asked to check in, I was told they had no rooms because of a “water problem”, despite the room already being booked and paid for in advance. I was left stranded with nowhere to stay, and the guy could not have cared less. I said, “You couldn’t have called people to give them a heads up so they could make other...
