'Stayed here for a weekend while hiking Old Rag in Shenandoah. Cozy little place that was well equipped with all the amenities we needed! It's conveniently located close to Shenandoah as well as plenty of vineyards. Would not hesitate to stay here again the next time we're in the area!'

'The property was clean and had everything we needed including some extras. The host was wonderful and helped us when we were in a bind. The communication with the host was fantastic. The location was also great; quiet and secluded spot but very close to Shenandoah National Park. We had a very nice stay.'

'BE AWARE fellow travelers: WASP INFESTATION HERE. Owners are fully aware and unconcerned because it's "the mountains". I'm a country gal myself and well acquainted with the cycles of nature, but not cool to let things get this bad and not disclose it. We're not talking 1 or 2, we're talking several new visitors dropping in every day from the window frames or ceiling fan in the living room. One evening had one come down from the window and get aggressive while in shower. If not for this fact,...

'General cleanliness. Ceiling tiles need to be replaced. Multiple spiders/bugs throughout. There was also a mug growing mold that was left by the kitchen sink. We ended up not staying over night. We just used the space to get a ready for the wedding we were attending in the area. '

'I purchased this trip. The owner took my money. Then, after I thought all was set for our trip, the owner completely cancelled our stay, citing that s/he thought I was asking for May of 2027, not May 2026. This was well in advance so why s/he thought I was looking for 14-15 months later is not understandable. I never saw the property,'

'Very cute cozy cabin in the woods. No bathroom facility in the cabin so be prepared to use compostable toilet about 40 feet away. It’s like a step down from glamping. I loved the animals on the property and there are some decent hikes there as well. Great location and close to Old Rag!'

'We enjoyed our stay at this property and it was clean, well equipped with all the modern conveniences, and provided a nice alternative to a hotel. It was a good fit for us with our small dog and was a short drive to the places we wanted to visit. We were there for a long weekend and it is along a busy street so the only drawback was the traffic noise during the day.'

'Unfortunately the hot tub was not working, but received a credit for that. The dishes and cookware were sticky as if whoever was there previously did not completely wash them.
The gas fireplace was turned off, but he owner came quickly to ignite it.
Over-all we would rent it again. The cabin is in a beautiful spot and only about a 40 minute drive to Skyline drive.'

Ons verblijf was in één woord fantastisch! Zeer gastvrije eigenaren, heerlijk diner en ook een fantastisch ontbijt. De suite (Tyler) was veel groter dan we verwacht hadden!
