'This is half of a duplex in a residential neighborhood. Shopping is a half mile away. Off street parking is a plus. Very roomy with both bedrooms on second floor with a full bathroom separating them. The first floor has a half bath off of the kitchen. Note that this is a rehabbed older home - everything is bright and clean but does have some uneven stair steps and flooring.'

'This was a spacious house with room enough for our whole family to getting ready and then relax after wedding festivities that we were in the area for. The two areas with sitting options and some entertainment with a pool/ping pong table kept our 3 year old busy. (Some better pool sticks would be needed though for adults so hopefully that replacement will happen). Bella was a great host!'
