'The property is very clean and tidy. Our room was very modern, newly decorated and quite spacious. The proprietor is friendly and amenable. The cooked breakfast was very nice and there is a range of cereal, bread, preserves and fruit juice, as well as tea, coffee and hot chocolate.We would definitely return and book direct next time we are planning to visit Blackpool.
