'The Arc Harrogate is a small but fantastic hotel. There were detailed instructions sent to me about everything before I arrived and I had a lovely warm welcome from the owner. The parking is on street parking, but the hotel provided the necessary permits, complete with a photo of how to display them and details of what time the parking ran out. 'There was an issue with payments going through as we used a third party. A lot of undue stress, having to sort it out for both stays when the emails were asking for payment again. Maintenance was needed to refit the handrail twice. The staff were lovely, friendly and welcoming. The room was clean.'

'What a little Gem this place is. Immaculately clean. Beautiful room, with everything you need. Easy check in. Communication was great. Was even given a txt an hour before our check in time to say room was ready. We will definitely be back!'

'What a lovely little place , very clean and welcoming. Room was warm but a standing fan was in room. Self check in went very well. We arrive late at night but I had already got the details we needed by text message. Had a dog who settled very well for her 1st night away from home. Only downside if you are walking the hill to hotel is like a mountain 😂 made us all ready for a good nights sleep 😴'

It was market day (Wednesday) so traffic was really busy, we was having trouble finding somewhere to park, I telephoned the hotel and asked if it was okay to park early, they said yes and also I asked if we could park beyond our checkout time and they said yes. So stress free excellent service and experience 👍'
