"The property is well designed and feels larger than it actually is. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was high quality. The kitchen is well stocked and easy to cook in. It was a perfect weekend for the hot tub after celebrating the wedding of a dear friend up the road. We would definitely stay here again."

"Was lucky enough to find this property on little notice. We were attending a family funeral near Lakeland, and this location was perfect. Enough room for everyone to spread out, and kitchen was perfect for cooking meals that we didn't have at the extended family's house. Nice, clean, and in a nice neighborhood. Close enough to the highway so that we could get to downtown Memphis and the airport in under an hour. Definitely recommend."

"Large enough for 12. Fun and clean. AC down stairs is 4 portable units. Working well but noisy. The filters were not cleaned. The kitchen is not stocked for family style cooking. Even light meals. Not enough place settings for 12. Close to shopping groceries or housewares. Bring more trash bags, dishwasher soap, paper towels for 12. Convenient to major attractions. Safe neighborhood. The kids had super fun believing it was a castle. The pool table had all working parts."

"Stay was exactly what we expected - clean, enough bedrooms and bathrooms, dining area good for 10 of us. Location to ‘everything’ we needed and easy access to downtown Memphis via highway system. Property manager very responsive to all needs. Very easy and pleasant to work with."

"This is first time we have had trouble with a Vrbo. Irresponsible owner! She had NO idea we had booked the house. Which left us in a bind to find last minute accommodations. She was not helpful in getting us a refund. DO NOT BOOK this resident."
