'The place was perfect and everything went smoothly. Restaurants are in walking distance. The only negative was the train noise but there were ear plugs in the bathroom. I would stay again if I needed to be in Stanwood.'

'Great location. Cleaning needs improvements. Unfortunately this wasn't very clean. The unit smelled of urine when i entered, the bathroom window had been left open. The shower wall had soap residue running down it and the shower shelves had hair, dust and soap build up. the pillow and sheets had hair on them. The fridge had crumbs on the shelves and there were cockroaches in the kitchen. The dining table had dried on food. The closet shelves had hair and dust on them. the '

'We had a child in our group and staff was always friendly, available and responsive in escorting us to the restaurant and back to the lodge through the casino area.'

'Happy to go back to 1907 and try to feel how this building look alike at the time with such fantastic sun rise view and serene sea with white cotton clouds above!'

'Small but very comfortable and well equipped cabin. Everything you need is there, and the destination fee includes snacks, coffee and water, and 3 bundles of fire wood a day. We loved the fire pit! '

'Our room was extremely clean and quiet. There was a fan but no air conditioning. We did not need it. There was no elevator which was a problem for us but, we made it. I would like to stay there again if I could be on first floor.'

'Fine hotel for a short stay. We had to take the ferry EARLY the next morning and this hotel was perfect for that. Rooms are a bit dated but clean. You could hear the people a bit from neighboring rooms but it was nothing too crazy. All in all a good place to stay for this price. '

'The hotel is starting to show its age. We received a very large room for a very low price. However, the sheets and towels were kind of dirty. When we arrived the water wasn't running, but it was fixed quickly. The adjacent road was very loud with traffic. Not sure about the safety of the area.'

'The bed was clean, not top shelf comfy, but ok. There is a gas fireplace that did not turn completely off so the room got hot. Fortunately it was cool and the open window helped. There is an air conditioner too. Fairly quiet except during peak traffic times. The carpet and furniture were older. Centrally located near many, many coffee shops and restaurants! Parking was close. Overall a decent stay.'
