Nice hotel with great wellness area, exclusive suite was spacious room. Unfortunatelly the meals provided are below average and its taste varies hugely from day to day. In our case 2 out of 5 days the food was good, the other 3 days was merely edible. Also, the service in the restaurant is nothing but chaos, where everyone is doing everything. There is total lack of experience (e.g. Question: What white wine you have? Answer: Dry.) Drinks have to be ordered separatelly, not even water is provided. Absolut killer for me, there is no coffee machine in the room, you can get coffee at 7am at the earliest, when the breakfast starts. Lobby bar is closed until 9am. Overall good stay, I would come back, but no wow effect and no sentiment. The girls and ladies at the reception desk (lobby, not wellness) are great and very helpfull.
