'Set in a scenic and peaceful location, this made a great stop over for us on a long road trip. It’s in new condition and beautifully clean. Was nice to have a swim after a long drive and then eat in the hotels restaurant that had an extensive menu for dinner and breakfast. The owner and staff were very friendly and helpful. It’s a pity we couldn’t spend several days there but will try to stay again on our return journey. Plenty of on site parking space.'

'Check in was easy. Our room was clean and had everything we needed, the only negative was the bed was small and one side difficult to get out of due to the sloping roof. Breakfast was plentiful and of good quality. We borrowed 2 bikes which we enjoyed being able to explore a bit further. The pool area is lovely, warm and relaxing. When i asked about checking out early due to catching a train the receptionist offered a packed lunch which we appreciated. Would stay here again if we return to...
