'Staff was nice Room was fine except Sink faucet was broken and needed to be repaired to turn water off after I reported it AC was fine Parking was plentiful but felt unsafe. Cars were abandoned and others had people living out of them. One drunk young man told my wife she should go to his room in the elevator. This appears to be a motel used by long term monthly residents'

'The room was clean but very cold. We could not adjust the air conditioning. The bathtub drain did not work. The staff fixed that. There was a list of tasks the housekeeping staff were supposed the do, but didn’t. For example, the coffee was not refreshed for our second morning. They didn’t make the bed. 'Super accueil, le déjeuner était parfait, très commode pour une famille de 4 qu’il soit inclus. Les chambres sont par contre très humides et le plancher en tapis n’aide sûrement pas à l’odeur.'

'Plenty of parking, convenient location. It's an old building and had some issues to be attended to. The room could have been a little cleaner. The beds were fairly comfortable. It was good for the one night we stayed there. The people were great.'

'We decided to go to the Vermont Reneissance Fair this year and stayed at Spark. What a great place. Very updated,continental breakfas in the morning was perfect,and the room was quite large. We really enjoyed the lackk of carpeting in the room. The vinyl plank flooring was refreshing to see. I woul recommend a stay here if you are in the area.'

The landscaping needs a big makeover. They need to to remove the weeds, cigarettes, discarded trash, etc…first impression was definitely not the greatest. 'Do NOT stay here when it's hot out!!! They do not have working ACs. They had them running all day before we checked in in the evening. We ran the AC all night also. It didn't start working until about 5am and barely worked at that'
