'Easy access to the property on the ground floor and a short walk from a tram stop. Lovely bakery (Butter Pasteleria) which was great for breakfast only a few minutes walk away. Kids park also very nearby. Kitchen was well stocked and handy to have a washing machine and some key essentials on arrival eg washing up liquid. Only downside was there were roadworks happening right outside when we were there and a strong smell of drains in the bathroom, but that did seem common when you walked around...

'We stayed in Valencia as part of a family holiday to the Alicante region. This apartment was excellently located for the city. Easy to get to most places… very good for exploring by foot. reasonably close to the Cathedral. Clean modern apartment. Only slight negatives… 1. For a family of four, two daughters aged 14 and 10….. it was a little congested… sofa bed in the lounge meant the lounge space was confined. I think quite expensive but that could be due to the location and we booked late. ...

'We had a small issue with the heater and the owner reacted quickly. He was very helpful. I can recommend this appartment, but don't expect a nice view, because there are no windows. This was not a problem for me personally. '

'Helemaal top! Mooi groot en schoon appartement op een ideale locatie. Fijne communicatie met de eigenaar.'

'Fijn appartement. Alles schoon. Fijn dat er zoveel ramen zijn, hierdoor kan het doorwaaien als het warm is. Het lawaai van het plein in de avond viel ons erg mee. Fijn dat je niet direct een ander gebouw aan de overkant hebt, een geweldig uitzicht dus over het plein en de straat. Het bed is breder dan lijkt op de foto’s. Appartement is zeker aan te raden. Zeker voor 2 personen!'

The apartment is right across the river in walking distance to main streets and right next to a grocery store and park. It also feels like you have your own private place since the door is only for access to the apartment. 'The apartment was absolutely perfect as a base to explore the lovely city of Valencia. It was right in the middle of the historic old town , a few minutes stroll to the central market . It was very clean and well equipped and we enjoyed having breakfast or drinks on the large terrace - an added bonus! There are plenty of cafes , bars and restaurants within walking distance . It's an easy city to navigate on foot and you can walk to the beach in about an hour though a taxi journey is cheap and...

'This unit is modern and clean. We stayed only two nights and it served its purpose.our only complaint was the lack of extra blankets. It seemed that the unit was added to the landlord’s inventory very recently. On the plus side, the location was very convenient on a tiny quiet lane in the center of old Valencia. A beautiful place indeed, Valencia was a week wonderful place, even though it was rainy and chilly during our stay.'
