'Ohtel is a comfortable hotel at a great location. Because of the terrible weather in Auckland the elevator was not working. We stayed 4 nights and were hosted on the 4th floor so that was 8 stairs everyday for a couple of times. Very heavy. The breakfast was good, so was the room and the service. '

'We liked that our family could stay in one room. Edward was very helpful in getting us checked in and sorting out how to use the entrance and elevator. The building is very secure, which made us feel very safe being in downtown Auckland. This was a great hostile for us to walk to the University and explore a little downtown.'
