'Pilar was very friendly and very helpful. The location is easy to get to from the airport. Just take Metro 3 of 5 to Xativa, and you are at the front door. The appartement is equipped with everything you need for a nice stay. We had our breakfast on the nice terrace enyoing the view. Rented bikes for 2 days and it was possible to store them inside in a separate room on the groundfloor. We loved every minute of our stay and would love to come again.'

'The location is close to the beach and a grocery as well as some restaurants.There were some ups and downs such as the property management worked with us to get in early but then was an hour late meeting with us. The shower was backed up and they said they'd send someone but were three hours late so we fixed it ourselves. The door locked behind us while a key was in the slot and they hired a locksmith to get back in but again were an hour late in meeting us and were not transparent about the...

'We had a small issue with the heater and the owner reacted quickly. He was very helpful. I can recommend this appartment, but don't expect a nice view, because there are no windows. This was not a problem for me personally. '

'Awesome home within walking distance of all the sights in the old town. Only issue was tricky door into apartment. You have to turn the key wayyyyyyyyy past what you think to actually unlock the entire door. Took a few tries and some moments of thinking we were locked out to figure things out. Otherwise excellent home, but could use some basic bathroom amenities on arrival, i.e., soap.....'
