'This was an exceptional property. Such a lovely Spanish home with a modern twist. Spacious inside, two amazing double bedrooms with bathrooms (showers). The view to the sea was stunning. Located directly between the beach and the old town it was a great location. The hosts were so attentive and communicated at all times very quickly.I’ve never stayed at a holiday rental that left so many lovely touches. 'Great place in an amazing location. Loved the patio with view of the ocean. We watched the sunrise over the water in the mornings. Good sized and well-equipped kitchen. Also appreciated being able to use a code to get into the place rather than worrying about keeping track of keys. My only suggestion is that the place provide a hairdryer. With three women coming from the U.S. we assumed there would be one (there usually is when we come and stay in Altea). Had to purchase one while there....

'The property provides very basic accommodation. Cold & damp, dark and gloomy and it smells. The upper stairs are dangerous making the top bedroom unusable. Friendly cockroaches in the cutlery drawer, old cushions on the sofa. Would benefit from a brighten up and refurb. Location fantastic, wi-fi fast.'
