'We had a wonderful experience at Folia B&B. Chiara was very helpful and spoke great English. She tidied the room every day. The shared kitchen was immaculate. There was refrigerator and freezer space available. Breakfast was simple but more than sufficient. Coffee, tea, juices, yogurt, toast, jam, cereal and milk, supply refreshed everyday. Chiara made everything pleasant and easy for us to enjoy this beautiful city!'

'De locatie van deze accomodatie is prima, zo'n 10 minuten lopen van Vaticaan stad en 30 minuten lopen naar het centrum. De metro is op 5 minuten afstand wat fijn is, zo ben je binnen half uur bij colloseum. Genoeg winkels in de directe omgeving zonder dat het onrustig is. Wij hebben lekker gegeten bij Krugh. De kamer was schoon en het bed lag prima, airco was fijn. De douche was lekker alleen was putje verstopt. Ontbijt vonden wij teleurstellend... Voorverpakte plakjes cheddar als kaas, koude...

'Pros - near everything. Walk to Vatican and many restaurants. Wonderful staff, very clean room, super comfortable bed. Only minor issues was limited counter space in bathroom and a little challenging to find due to limited street signage in Rome. Would highly recommend for price! '

'Great location at Prati. Walking distance to Vatican and Tiber. With a family it is very convenient to have two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a very comfortable kitchen with dishwasher. All designed with care. Parking space is public, but quite cheap ( < EUR 10 a day) and there was enough space.Super friendly and helpful support on site'

'We really enjoyed our stay here. Perfect location next to the train station and 5-10 minutes walk from the Vatican. Lots of good cafés and restaurants nearby too. The room was in a charming, old style apartment and has everything you may need. Very clean and well decorated too. Francesco was always easy to reach with any help/questions we had. Overall I would definitely recommend this place for your stay in Rome!'

'We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad. Locatie is top. Midden in de stad met veel winkels en restaurants. Super goed ontbijt en heel vriendelijk personeel! Het is niet heel groot maar alles wat je nodig hebt is er en het is schoon. Ik zou het zeker aanraden!'

'Het was een fijne locatie in Rome, prima kamer niet heel spannend maar gewoon goed. Ontbijt erbij ook niet heel spannend maar prima. Enige wat ons erg tegenviel was het parkeren. Er stond dat dit mogelijk was tegen een toeslag. Maar we moesten gewoon in de stad parkeren voor de volle mep. Het was super druk in de stad dus konden de auto niet goed kwijt. Gelukkig kregen we een adres van de hele aardige mevrouw van de b&b daar stond de auto goed en veilig maar wel 150 euro betaald voor 5 dagen....

'Great property and convenient location away from the crowds yet close to the action. Nicely appointed, updated and clean. 5 minute walk from the Vatican area. 2 minute walk to a taxi stand. Lots of restaurants nearby. Owner, Anna was extremely helpful answering all our questions and giving recommendations. She was terrific. We stayed there twice, once on each end of our Italian vacation. We had no problems walking the area. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Rome. '
