"Wonderful experience at Best Western Universo! Our stay has been simply perfect. Every morning starts with a delicious breakfast and the best cappuccino, kindly brought to us by Anthony during breakfast. All the staff are incredibly kind and helpful, with a very special thank you to Anthony who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. His warmth and professionalism truly made a difference. Our room is beautiful, with a balcony that makes our time in Rome even more special. The hotel is within walking distance of Termini metro station, making it easy to explore all corners of Rome. Bij het zwembad zijn wat zitjes en ligbedden. In drukke periode zijn deze snel vol.
Drankjes bij het zwembad erg duur.
In diverse vorige recensies wordt gesproken over onveilige buurt. Dit valt best wel mee. Er zitten wat zwervers onder het viaduct, maar hier heb je geen last van. Er is in de avond voldoende licht om je veilig te voelen.
Beveiligers staan ook bij de ingang van de poort.

"Ik vond het hotel er netjes uit zien over het algemeen. Toen we binnen kwamen, heeft het personeel ons niet geholpen met de koffers. We vroegen om water, omdat we met koffers hadden gesjouwd vanaf de parkeerplaats en hadden erg dorst vanwege het weer. Ze verwezen ons naar de minibar, dat vonden we niet verwelkomend. Daarnaast is het erg jammer dat je moet betalen voor het parkeren. "
