'Beautifully updated hotel. Great location to Spanish Steps and shopping/dining. Host wasn’t at location (didn’t know), but a quick phone call and we got the keys to the room just fine. Elevator is very tiny, but works just fine. We stayed in room 101 which didn’t have room numbers on the door so we had to guess which door it was. That was a little odd. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were comfortable and beautifully kept, and every detail showed real care. 'Absolutely one of our favorite hotels we ever stayed. Incredible staff, beautifully decorated, comfortable, stylish, modern yet classic. We loved the breakfast. The rooms were very quiet. The doors were so solid and gorgeous which I think helped block out any hall noise, which there wasn’t much at all. The cleaning crew were so stealth and wonderful. 'If you’re planning to stay in Rome, I highly recommend this hotel! It’s conveniently located near the Spanish Steps, and the staff are all kind and courteous. The breakfast they serve is also very delicious. We stayed at two other hotels during our trip, but my children said every day that they wanted to return to this one.
