The only problem is that the building is very old and you have to take the luggage by the stairs as they don’t have elevator in the building. Other than that everything was great. '

"Wonderful experience at Best Western Universo! Our stay has been simply perfect. Every morning starts with a delicious breakfast and the best cappuccino, kindly brought to us by Anthony during breakfast. All the staff are incredibly kind and helpful, with a very special thank you to Anthony who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. His warmth and professionalism truly made a difference. Our room is beautiful, with a balcony that makes our time in Rome even more special. The hotel is within walking distance of Termini metro station, making it easy to explore all corners of Rome. Tegenover het hotel zit een tramhalte, met goede aansluiting om bij alle bezienswaardigheden te komen.

Bij het zwembad zijn wat zitjes en ligbedden. In drukke periode zijn deze snel vol.
Drankjes bij het zwembad erg duur.
In diverse vorige recensies wordt gesproken over onveilige buurt. Dit valt best wel mee. Er zitten wat zwervers onder het viaduct, maar hier heb je geen last van. Er is in de avond voldoende licht om je veilig te voelen.
Beveiligers staan ook bij de ingang van de poort.
