This hotel was beautiful, staff was very friendly and helpful, and it was only 5 blocks from the Roma Termini, the main transportation hub in Rome in which you could travel anywhere. Many other reviewers had stated that this hotel is in a "seedy" area, but I tend to disagree. It was very safe and coming from NYC I didn't have any issues. The hotel was very well-appointed, recently renovated, the staff went out of their way to accommodate. I stayed for 8 days, and housekeeping service was daily even though I didn't request this. One of the best perks about this hotel and it isn't mentioned in many of the reviews, is that the hotel gives you a free Android phone to use during your stay! You can use Google maps to get around, check rail and subway schedules and even make international calls at NO charge. The connectibility of the Android phone was phenomenal while my personal IPhone service ran poorly. Totally unexpected but a huge perk! The outside courtyard was very pretty, and the breakfast was plentiful in which you were able to order off of a menu. There is a nice bar less than a block away, Yellowbird in which the food and drinks are very good. Overall, I would definitely recommend and would not hesitate to stay at the Liberty Boutique for future travel!
