'フロントが無い。2人1室で予約して相方は途中から別行動となったが、ホテル側からチェクインメールが来て相方の分もパスポート等入力しないとエラーとなり完了できなかった。現地に着くとヨーロッパ独特の門だけでたまたまグランドクルーズのスタッフが同行してくれていたので試行錯誤の上、門は開いた。部屋ナンバーも分からず館内を探したらドアにメモが有り自分の部屋が分かり入室したらカギが置いてあった。メールで問のあ開け方、部屋番号、鍵は部屋の中に有る等のメールは出来るはず、旅先で非常に不安だった'

'The private bathroom was so big and so was the rest of the space. The A/C worked great and the room was so comfortable with private amenities. There were many security gates and I felt very safe there. Flavia was so lovely and helpful with the language barrier and setting up taxis. I would stay here if I travel to Rome again.'

'Camera scarsamente manutenuta; bagno in pessime condizioni (lavandino che perde, piatto doccia ammalorato e presenza di muffe, scatole elettriche in vista...).
Pulizia nel complesso discreta, ma scarsa sensazione di comfort in camera (forse anche per via della presenza di umidità).
Mancano tende oscuranti, alle prime luci del mattino è inevitabile svegliarsi.
Prezzo assolutamente sproporzionato rispetto alla qualità offerta.'
