'The hotel is small, but neat. Within walking distance of the train station. I did not feel unsafe. Staff neat, correct and know a lot to tell. Room big enough, bathroom too. You can still hear the metro a little bit, but not to irritate you. If you sleep, you will not wake up from it. Breakfast more than enough, if you have to leave early for a tour, you can get a breakfast package. Just indicate a day in advance. Would definitely choose this hotel again.'

"Wonderful experience at Best Western Universo! Our stay has been simply perfect. Every morning starts with a delicious breakfast and the best cappuccino, kindly brought to us by Anthony during breakfast. All the staff are incredibly kind and helpful, with a very special thank you to Anthony who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. His warmth and professionalism truly made a difference. Our room is beautiful, with a balcony that makes our time in Rome even more special. The hotel is within walking distance of Termini metro station, making it easy to explore all corners of Rome. Today we are looking forward to enjoying the rooftop with its view over the city, and we are sure it will be just as amazing as the rest of our stay.
