With the check in there were some Americans who were asking the attention of the receptionist Massimo while he was bussy with me. Because he is very friendly and gentle, he gave the Americans the attention they needed but I think that he had first to finish the check in with me.
It is not the fault of the hotel but at that moment there were a lot of American people in the hotel and I felt that the beautiful Italian ambiance was suffering for that.
Cleanliness; the bathroom after the first night was not cleaned.
Breakfast; I think they can do a lot better with the breakfast but I do not want to complain.
Value for money; allthough there were some classy items which I really appreciate, I do opinion that the room was far overpriced.
As I said I found Massimo very charming and gentle and also other persons of the staff. I send them my cordial greetings from the Netherlands
