I would have given this place 5 stars if I had not been double-charged. We stayed here for two nights via Expedia (September 29 and 30, 2025), and I made the full payment to Expedia on June 27, 2025. Everything went smoothly at first — the location and facilities were great.
The trouble started the day before our arrival when I was contacted by Milena, the hotel administrator, through WhatsApp. She asked me to fill out a link to get our virtual access code. That’s when I realized this was actually an Airbnb, not a traditional hotel. At first, I declined to share my passport and credit card information, but later I thought maybe it was just for a security deposit and decided to complete the form. Unfortunately, soon after, I noticed I was charged €125 twice.
I immediately contacted Milena, provided screenshots of both charges, and explained the situation. At first, she seemed helpful and said she would contact her company — but later, she stopped responding and claimed there was no double charge. After returning home, I had to reach out to Expedia for assistance, which caused a lot of unnecessary stress.
I strongly advise other travelers to be cautious when booking this property. No guest should be penalized for trusting a place that turns out to operate like an Airbnb. I’m still waiting for Expedia’s help and truly hope they resolve this fairly.
