'Absolutely the best location, staff, and most comfortable hotel. It is small, chic, and quiet. The roof top was lovely for breakfast and relaxing with a drink.
I will always stay at a Portrait hotel when I travel. I can not thank the staff enough for a wonderful stay in Rome. '

'The Palazzo is a beautiful place to stay when in Tropea. The Staff was all excellent- warm and very welcoming and a pleasure to talk to. Saverio, Giuseppe, as well as the breakfast staff were all so accommodating and super friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for your stay in Tropea.'

'The room was perfect for the 3 of us. There was 2 separate rooms and 1.5 bathrooms so it was nice feeling like we had our own spaces. Location was great and walkable to most things we wanted to do. '

'Zeer mooie , verzorgde kamer, met alle luxe. Wifi is zeer snel. De isolatie tussen de kamers onderling is perfect.
Onze terugvlucht was pas 's avonds, we mochten gebruik maken van de ontvangstruimte ( douche en toilet ) om ons op te frissen voor we vertrokken.
Als drank zijn er koffiepads van illy, thee , water in frigo ter beschikking.
Airco werkt zeer goed.
Perfect locatie voor bezoek.'

located of european 4th (american 5th) floor - thank god for elevator though this is small and has inner + outer door.
Located right at the Spanish Steps + the "5th Ave" of shopping which is why I chose it and boy was I pleased with this. Walking distance to the rest of the major Sites in Rome.
Would stay here again!'

'We loved our stay here! Host was incredibly welcoming and helpful. We had to drop our luggages off before check-in and she kept them for us & moved them into our room when it was ready. She provided us snacks and coffee & booked us a taxi back to the airport the next day. '

'We really like this hotel. It is right in the middle of the action - walkable to the sights and best shopping. The staff is super friendly and the decor is lovely. We had to move up our reservation by one day and they were super accommodating, which we really appreciated! Definitely will be returning. '

'If you’re planning to stay in Rome, I highly recommend this hotel!
It’s conveniently located near the Spanish Steps, and the staff are all kind and courteous.
The breakfast they serve is also very delicious.
We stayed at two other hotels during our trip, but my children said every day that they wanted to return to this one.
When we visit Rome again, we will definitely stay here!'

The negative point. No breakfast. But 2min from you had restaurants, bars, possibility to have breakfast.
