'Locatie was niet echt gezellig, maar als je enkel een schone slaapplek zoekt en 15 min van het strand dan zit je prima. Het dakterras is heel mooi, verder in de buurt is het een getto. Niet onveilig, maar wel ongezellig en zeker niet foto waardig. Wel wat leuke restaurantjes, maar als het je eerste keer is, ga naar het oude centrum, echt een wereld van verschil. '

'Stayed for 3 nights in mid-May. Location is excellent for access to the Ciudad de las Artes & Ciencias and the park. Metro was just a 10 min walk. Apartment was clean and quiet. Having a combo washer/dryer unit was super helpful. WiFi speed is excellent. The sleeper sofa was definitely better than most in America. The mattress is much thicker, so I didn't feel any bars. My only issue was that my feet were slightly higher than my torso if I slept in the usual position, so I had to shift around a...

'This is exactly as listed. The apartment was clean with new amenities (new espresso machine, microwave, kettle, etc) and quite comfortable. My kids enjoyed the upstairs space and closeness to the beach. We had some difficulties (solely on my part) with entering the apartment but the owners were quick to respond and gracious with their patience. Thank you for a lovely time!'

'A beautifully restored upper floor duplex apartment near the beach and set in a friendly and lively neighbourhood. Perfect for holidaying with a group who like the city life and some beach time too. The place has everything you need to cater for yourself and the bonus of a washer drier for laundry. I would stay again!'

'This place had everything we needed for a fun beach getaway while staying in Madrid most of the week. A short walk to the beach, clean, cool and comfortable! The host was a dream, super responsive and helped us anytime we reached out! If we ever go to Spain again we will stay here for sure! '
