'Worms in the water and visible black mold make this place an extreme health and saftey hazzard. We arrived at night. The place asppears to be located in the Chinatown area. It looked ok and we were able to get in after first taking a taxi to the place where you get keys and then a taxi to the unit. 'Loved this property with the high wood ceilings and charm, but yet modernized with a large shower and kitchen. It was kept very clean. The large windows on each side let in lots of breezes and the location is outstanding. Walkable to everywhere with the train stations and bus stops nearby too. It’s just outside the main tourist parts enough to be a little more quiet at night. Perfection.'

It’s very close to Valencia Nord railway station in an area with lots of East Asian restaurants and takeaways - we ate a different cuisine every night. It’s close to metro stations and a good base for exploring the city.
