'We would stay here again we absolutely loved the decor. It was modern funky and grand. We love the bar downstairs with the adorable DJ. She was amazing. I don’t know her name, but we love the music and her vibe. Great location, great price, comfortable bed, clean room.'

'Het hotel ligt op loopafstand can het conventie centrum, het doel van mijn reis. Met de bus voor de deur reis je gemakkelijk naar de Mall of naar andere delen van de stad. Eten is prima in de Ierse pub in Pratt st. Of in het Italiaanse restaurant aan de overkant. Voor de snelle hap zit er een pizza take away maast het hotel. '

'Proximity to People’s Bank Arena and the Yard Goats Stadium couldn’t be better. We saw a baseball and hockey game on the same weekend. The kids had a blast. The rooms were clean and parking was easy. Staff were lovely.'

'Sigaret burns in blankets, smelled like smoke even though it was a non smoking room. Dead cockroach on the bathroom floor. Got offered to buy drugs right outside of room '

'Breakfast wasn't good. Old looks and not well maintained. Bathtub water drainage was poor, door wouldn't close properly. '

'A beautiful hotel to stay in located in the heart of West Hartford. The helpful staff and easy valet parking make any visit even more enjoyable. The breakfast is always delicious and we look forward to that part of our trip! The rooms are clean, tidy and very comfortable. The well appointed gym is a nice plus. Cannot wait for our next trip!!!!'

'There was no breakfast! They advertised a hot buffet and didn’t even have a grab and go. False advertising. The staff were good about getting me extra coffee out of a room at night. The room was clean and as advertised. Just no breakfast. '

'We could not get our heat to work and when I asked to check it. They wanted to come in when we were getting up to leave. We checked out that afternoon. Since it was after 11am I was charged for the 2nd night which I understand. Not sure I would stay there next time.'

'The shower didn't have hot water. The staff tried to help by offering that we could shower in a different room, but said "we know that room has hot water issues" which makes you wonder why they rented it. The carpets were stained and overall the whole hotel seemed very worn. '
