'Room was nice, only downside was the elevator was down. We had our wedding here and it was nice to be able to stay in the same location. Staff were great, very friendly and helpful.'

'Het hotel ligt op loopafstand can het conventie centrum, het doel van mijn reis. Met de bus voor de deur reis je gemakkelijk naar de Mall of naar andere delen van de stad. Eten is prima in de Ierse pub in Pratt st. Of in het Italiaanse restaurant aan de overkant. Voor de snelle hap zit er een pizza take away maast het hotel. '

'Staff were friendly. We were only there for one night and spent most of the night at a concert. Room was infested with ants and had a strong mildew smell. The beds don’t have mattress covers, so we slept on top of the blankets. It did the job for the single night, but wouldn’t have put up with it had we needed to stay for longer. Parking was easy so that was a plus!'

'Sigaret burns in blankets, smelled like smoke even though it was a non smoking room. Dead cockroach on the bathroom floor. Got offered to buy drugs right outside of room '

'Outside trashcans over-filled and garbage spilling onto ground. Desk staff zero attenpt to look somewhat professional. Desk staff zero attempt to smile and provide a "cordial" welcome and goodbye. Door to bathroom was warped and needed to be "lifted" every time we wanted to open or close the door (room #142). Amazon, Netflix and YouTube links shown on TV, but unable to access even if you have an account. Room phone has no direct line to front desk. No mention of Wi-Fi code at check-im or posted...

'The hotel looks clean from the outside, the lobby and the hallways were messing looks like they didn’t even vacuum, the room we stayed in smelled horrible, had a mix of body odor and cat litter, the bed wasn’t stained so that’s good, but the fridge has some weird brown residue on the front and the bathroom countertop was stained as well, the fire alarm went off twice as well'
