I was cautious due to mixed reviews; however, the hotel was clean, grounds were clean, staff were friendly, and they accommodated our dog which was the primary reason we stayed as it’s difficult to find a dog-friendly property. There was system problems and they couldn’t get our room key set so offered to let us into our room with the master key, and slide room keys under the door once they fixed the system. Which they did.
