There was system problems and they couldn’t get our room key set so offered to let us into our room with the master key, and slide room keys under the door once they fixed the system. Which they did.

'We normally stay at the Bradley Airport Sheraton and do the park and fly. However, their rates were absolutely ridiculous this year. We opted for the Holiday Inn Express and Suites a short hop away.
The facility was exceptional - immaculate - quiet and convenient to the airport 3-4 minutes away via an included shuttle service. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
We will NEVER opt for the Sheraton again. The Holiday Inn's rooms, amenities and staff have them beat by a long shot.'
