This place is worst than a dive, no proper check in procedures, note on the door says to call ABC person who then would contact XYZ (allowed me to check in an hour early). 'I needed to be in one of the Handicapped rooms (101). Absolutely nothing electrical worked except the lights and little refrigerator. No A/C-Heater; no TV, no fun! It was a later night check in for me, I was exhausted, and I wasn’t up to change rooms once all my luggage was there. This is really unacceptable, even though renovations were happening. The room should have been fixed before placing a customer there!!!'

'The room was very clean amd the beds were very comfortable. However, the AC wouldn't stay on and had to be switched on every 30 minutes. Breakfast was cold cereal and coffee with a sign stating they are only required to offer the bare minimum. Ultimately, I would not stay here again.'
