'Booked this hotel thru Expedia and got a very good price. It is just around the corner from the Hartford train and bus stations so it's wonderfully convenient. Just a few issues - First, the front door on Asylum Street is locked, with no sign to tell folks to walk around to the side entrance. We found out it was not when the Sunday morning desk clerk, Jasmine, kicked us out of the hotel, and the manager avoided speaking with us for hours. his only concern was charging the $250 and kicking us out. Cleanliness was ok except for all the marijuana smoke odor throughout the hotel and most disturbing coming from the room next door to us. when we complained about it, twice...

'It was ok. Room was clean and functional. Bed and pillows were great. Had significant problem with billing. Seemed to have the noisiest guests I have ever heard, but that could just be the time I was there.'
