'What a find. On driving up to the lroperty, we were taken back with the beauty. We were apprehensive asnon a univereity site but to need to be at all.
Check in easy and free parking.
Walked through busy bar (2 weddings on) but no issues at all. A little noise heard from room until music finished but was grand.
Our dog also had a super time

'Perfect location for our overnight stay after visiting Cadbury World - just a 3 minute drive with free parking.
We had a triple room with 3 single beds with plenty of room for us all. Room was clean although a couple of the towels had stains on them.
Restaurant unfortunately wasn’t serving their regular dinner menu only a limited bbq so we went elsewhere for dinner. Breakfast was lovely and worth the money before checking out.
All staff we encountered were nice and polite - would 100% stay...

Book the house out for a group of friends and I to stay as we all explored activities in the area.
Facilities were good and the house was in great condition for us upon arrival.

'Property very near University and Queen Elizabeth hospital. Basically clean. On the negative first room was tiny with a stopped up sink in bathroom and unusable shower because it was too hot. second room had a horrible bed with springs felt, no soap provided in room. Basically this place is a crash pad for students. I wouldn’t stay again. '

"Het parkeren was lastig. We kregen geen goede instructie hoe we in de parkeergarage konden komen. De opening van de deur van de garage om bij het hotel te komen stond er ook niet duidelijk. (We stonden enige tijd opgesloten in de garage.)
Het hotel ligt op loopafstand van het centrum. De kamer lag op de 6e verdieping. Heel rustig!
Het ontbijt kost 10 pond. Het was erg uitgebreid. Bij het inchecken doorgeven dat je ontbijt wil. (Anders kost het 14 pond.)
De lift werkt met een pas.
Al met al een goede accomodatie dichtbij het centrum van Birmingham.
