'Beautiful property. Quiet with no light pollution. We’ve never explored Rolla before and found the town and property to be wonderful. We tries Salt and Water -recommended by the hosts. Hands down one of the best meals we have had in years. We look forward to coming back to again for another weekend getaway.'

'We were in Rolla to stay at this fabulous house for an elopement/wedding at Gabel Cabins in Salem, Mo. We loved the property, one small hiccup but resolved asap. This home is gorgeous and almost every single thing you need is here and some you might not expect. The setup is fantastic, their communication is immediate and down to earth nicest ever people. 'This property is so charming! Cabin has a neat history and the quartz and mineral fireplace was beautiful! I had a group of ladies stay to celebrate my bday. There is an option to have people camp outside for a small fee if your party is bigger than what the cabin accommodates. We didn’t get to float bc it had rained so much beforehand but there are options to float right to the cabin and things to do in the area like Onondaga state park. The outside area is perfect for bbqing and hanging around...

'The listing said there was WiFi but it never worked for us. I reached out to the owner and my concern was not acknowledged. If I had been traveling while working this would have been terrible, as I have to have WiFi for my remote work. I’m okay if I don’t need it, but if the listing says it’s there and find out it’s not, that bothers me a bit and makes me a little uneasy. We lost power, it came back on pretty quick. The cabin is cute and cozy. The views are incredible!'
