'The property's location was at first, questionable but turned out to be okay for our 2 night stay visiting Washington DC and environs. It was close enough to a metro station but not walkable. The unit was minimally furnished but had most essentials. The biggest disappointment was the very dirty carpeting and other hardscape flooring. 'Property is poorly managed and dirty. I made reservation several months in advance so they have plenty of time. Upon arrival starting from light bulb went out in the dining room, broken futon bed, multiple blinds bended, cockroach inside the bathtub, note left inside kitchen drawer saying “towel in dryer”, no soap, no shampoo, no detergents.Oven is not working eventhough they came and checked on it, it’s not even hot after 10 mins, water leak in the basement, they said “no worry”. 'Three story townhouse sandwiched between others. Only issues with noise at night. There's a park close by that's frequented by lots of families in the evening. Driving into DC was pretty easy, and this home was a great base of operations. Some details in the house were a little shabby, which is understandable as a full-time rental.'
