The property manager gave us check-in information before we needed it and check-in was so easy. I felt like the property manager was engaged and truly wanted to know if we needed anything. 'I didn't get in til late and had never booked a stay with the host in the residence at the same time but Girum was very hospitable and helpful. I was able to do a load of laundry and it was nice to have a mini fridge for my food upstairs too. It was genuinely such a comfortable and peaceful stay -and he even texted me to let me know I forgot my charger after I left. I asked him if he could ship it to me and I'd pay him back and he said yes. Girum is honestly the best!! I would recommend anyone...
