'Absolutely loved staying there. We are originally from the area and moved away several years ago. We come in town to visit family a few times a year and usually stay in a hotel. This was so much better for us. We will look to stay here again.'

'Large farm house with Plenty of space for large groups. Sleeps 16 people comfortably. 2 full baths. Nice yard. Great kitchen, Dining room spacious large livingroom with 3 couches, kids toy play area. Washer dryer and entry The main floors were not swept. We had to sweep them. 3 beds needed clean sheets. Looked as though they were sleep in. So we we washed them. Plenty of towels for everyone Would recommend for Large groups Overall very pleased'

The house feels completely remote but you can be in some great towns in 20 minutes or less, or hiking or tubing or running or biking - pretty amazing. 'The Milford House provided us with a very pleasant stay in the countryside of New Jersey along the nice Delaware River side. This was a nice combination after our visits to the city centres of New York, Manhattan and Washington. We also visited the various villages along the river, walked from bridge to bridge, climbed the Bowman's Tower and enjoyed having breakfast and dinner outside on the porch of the house. 'We needed a space for two families with adult and teen children, and the Federal Twist house was perfect. The kitchen and bathrooms were updated and very functional, and the common areas were comfortable and conducive to family gatherings. The house is close to the towpath and some other hiking areas. We would definitely stay here again!'
