'The hot tub loses heat pretty quick. One night we sat in it and the temp went from 104 to 98 degrees in about an hour and a half. I know the outside temperature was 35 degrees but it should be able to withstand holding a warmer temp. A heads up or pictures of the drive way layout would be nice. Little difficult getting a boat up to the house. Any trailer would be hard to get up there.'

Listing should have mentioned kids that are very loud during our stay. Understandable with kids, but note should have been made as two people were unable to sleep. Not much room for parking with host’s vehicles. More clarity and details on the listing would significantly help.'
