'Nice place close to downtown LaCrosse and within walking distance of neighborhood bars. Houghton’s is at the end of the street and has good food. Tom was quick to respond and extremely nice.'

'Beautiful place on a bluff, but the loft that has three mattresses is really not made for adults. You cannot stand up in it, but the hot tub and the view made up for everything. We definitely enjoyed ourselves.'

'AMAZING property and home. Our host, Shawna, was equally amazing. Great communication that truly showed the priority was for guests to have a wonderful experience. The house was extremely clean, with a very well stocked kitchen, that is gorgeous. Very cozy and welcoming, with a spacious, comfortable living room/dining space. Great floorplan. We have small dogs and Shawna had extra treats, toys and a comfy bed to welcome them also. The area is beautiful with an abundance of restaurants, shopping...

'Pros: Good Host, great value and location, pet friendly, cleanCons: Listing said entire home, so did not realize host would be on the property. Listing should have mentioned kids that are very loud during our stay. Understandable with kids, but note should have been made as two people were unable to sleep. Not much room for parking with host’s vehicles. More clarity and details on the listing would significantly help.'
