In addition to this, hotel promoted a swimming pool, yet it was locked during my stay and did not see anyone using it. 'The first room had bed bugs. I was bitten all over my arms, legs, and feet. I actually was able to take a video of one before I killed it. I showed my bites and the video to the guy at the front desk and all he said was that there had been people sleeping in that room and nobody had complained. He did move me to another room that seems to have been free of bed bugs.'

'Really did not like front desk assistance. I had reserved a non smoking room. When we opened door it smelled like cigarettes. Also, smelled musty. Air was not on when we came in. Old shop pieces from previous client. No trash cans to place trash in. Not sure what kind of breakfast was served. No juice or coffee machine that was working. Old towel was left from previous client. Very disappointed. But, since it was 1:30 am when we got here. We were to tired to find another place. Definitely will...
