It appears that the house was built to be a summer getaway, so it is pretty basic and no frills and comes with all the creaks and quicks of an older house. The living room is perfect for hanging out and the four chairs make it easy to rearrange to suit your needs. The kitchen is nicely stocked with everything you would need to stay with a family and the dining room is spacious enough to easily accommodate everyone staying...

'This little cottage is perfect! It was very clean, beautifully decorated, super cute and cozy. I really appreciated the high quality furnishings. The bed was really comfortable, great pillows, great couch. So many cottages have really beat up furniture that leave you with a sore back, not here! 'This place was great! Loved eating on the covered deck and the home itself was very lovely very clean! Only knock I can give it was the second bathroom shower didn't have hot water but the kids showered in the master so no biggie. Whole property had a beach vibe and that was great because I'm originally from Newport. We were in town for a memorial service so didn't get to see much of the beach or anything like that but will most certainly like to stay again A+ 5*'
