'Kamer was constant heel vochtig, zelfs met de airco aan. Douche deed het niet (is wel gerepareerd), deur lag half uit de sponning, ging heel moeilijk open en dicht. Doorgezakte bedden, ontbijt was niks, alleen ingepakte muffin, fruitreep en koffie. Keuken was helemaal leeg, geen bestek, pannen, etc.. Afzuigkap had niet eens een filter. Echt het slechtste hotelkamer die we ooit hebben gehad.'

'Pros: breakfast was okay, you have the choices of making a waffle, eating 2 different kinds of cereals, or a couple different pastries/bagles. No protein and no drinks besides coffee and the gallon of milk they put in a bowl of ice water but don’t worry there are $3 drinks in the vending near front desk. 'Some front desk staff were excellent. Others need a raise or a lover. Gym is small but great. Laundry facility uses a super convenient app. Get it when you arrive so you can see when machines are available. Hotel is joint with another Hilton brand and in an area with several hotels and DoorDash kept incorrectly delivering. Convenient snack and small necessities kiosk with self checkout. Currently renovating some rooms. Contractors are super friendly but request a change of rooms if you don’t...

'Do not stay at this hotel. My daughter spent one night and was bitten by bedbugs. You read that right: bedbugs! When she informed the hotel, they demanded that she produce photos of the bedbugs, which was extremely rude and disrespectful, especially since they could see the bites on her ankle and how painful it was. They did not offer any kind of apology or help her in any way. Furthermore, the room was quite dirty (which explains the bedbugs) and many things did not work properly, e.g., the...

'The room was great. Very clean, smelled nice. The only thing that was concerning was the elevator. Button lights did not work and it was extremely creaky. Continental breakfast was as expected—eggs, make-your-own waffles, yogurt, coffee, bagels, toast.'
