'Nothing has changed. They have the front desk guy , who is rude and takes money from deposit money and never refunds the full amount. Owner answer diplomatic answers to reviews but never pickups calls or returns them. It seem the front desk staff Mr. D is related to the owner that’s why there is no accountability for rude behavior and missing money'

'The room we were assigned was in desperate need of renovation. The shower rod was almost disconnected from the wall, the bathroom faucet was not secured to the countertop, the toilet didn't flush correctly, the beds were broken/uncomfortable, half of the lights didn't work, and there were several spots in the floor that were sticky. However, the staff was very friendly and helpful.'

'Las fotos que tienen de la propiedad no se corresponde con la realidad. El hotel se ve y está muy descuidado, el ascensor no funciona y las escaleras sucias y con basura. La puerta de la habitación rota, mucha dificultad para abrir y cerrar. El personal que nos recibió consciente del problema nos preguntó si queríamos cancelar la reserva pero a la 1am no teníamos donde más ir. '
