'We were blessed to be able to stay during the week of the April 2024 solar eclipse. The open area behind the cabin was perfect for viewing the eclipse in totality. It was an awesome experience. The entire visit was complete with bluebirds and country calm for relaxation. The rain day on the metal roof was great and made our trip to the Crater of Diamonds State Park the next day that much more exciting. (We didn't find one on the surface though.) 'Property was the most organized and well stocked of any VRBO we have ever stayed at. Very relaxing and quiet neighborhood. Only negative I would have to say is the narrow steep driveway, difficult for larger trucks.'

'The home was comfortable and updated in a peaceful country setting with ponds and pastures to explore. We only stayed overnight so didn't have that opportunity. Maybe another time. The host was great had provided pretty much anything that was needed. There was a great little country store that had a little of everything if you forgot something. The host has done a lot to bring the family home place back to life. I know she will keep adding more wonderful updates to the place.'

The unit was very clean, and had all of the things you need in a kitchen! We loved the jacuzzi on the deck, and our view of the lake. Will definitely be back!'

'The location of the house was beautiful! The creek that runs out back was loved by everyone in our group, adults and kids alike! The home was lovely, had everything we needed and more! It was only a 20 minute drive to Hot Springs, and about an hour to Petit Jean State Park. We had quite a bit of communication with the owner, Denise, and she was so helpful with everything! We will definitely be back in the summer, and probably fall as well!'
