Sejours & Affiires is een appartementhotel. Dat houdt in dat de lobby minder vaak bezet is en ook het verdere servicegebeuren minder is dan bij andere hotels. Is geen probleem voor een paar dagen natuurlijk. De ligging is geweldig, al is het maar omdat Straatsburg klein is en eigenlijk alles te belopen valt. Wat parkeren betreft, dat valt in de praktijk via S&J niet te regelen... Wij hebben familie in Straatsburg en komen hier de volgende keer weer overnachten.

Propere kamer. Ontbijt was minder en zeker geen 9€ waard. Wij hebben trouwens op voorhand voor 3 dagen ontbijt, waaronder ook voor 1 mei. Bleek dat de receptie en de ontbijtruimte gesloten was op 1 mei. Hebben reeds per mail contact opgenomen met hetb hotel, maar nog steeds geen reactie gekregen.

Nice appartments close to the center, comfy beds
Very comfy double bed (not two single beds put together), nice cosy room, very close to the center. Could be a bit cleaner, we found a cockraoch in the room. The hotel can not print you an invoice for the total price you paid to Hotels.com. Quiet street. WIFI works well.

Niet aan te bevelen. Enige echte voordeel was de redelijke prijs. Geen verschoning van de handdoeken. Wel goede locatie. Op zondag geen receptie. Bij aankomst op een zo dag moet je iemand bellen om toegang te krijgen. Volgende keer weer een echt hotel.

ik vond het er prima mijn vrouw was in een ander hotel met de vereniging die was veel duurder en had 3 sterren maar zijn heefd mijn hotel gezien en zij zij toen die is veel beter dan die waar zij in zat met vriendelijke groet Jan

Straightforward, simple but comfortable
A good place for simple and straightforward lodging. Not like a full service hotel but very adequate. Comfortable bed, spacious room, kitchenette with the necessary basic tools, small table and stools, bathroom with tub and shower, desk, TV, microwave, stove ( no oven). Quiet area, quiet clients, helpful desk attendants. Breakfast not included but available. Clothes washing machine available with token from desk. A light bulb was missing in the bathroom, the bathroom vent wasn’t working, but this was minor and didn’t affect our 3 night stay. Excellent location near all necessities + great shopping. 2 minutes from the main tram hub! If you’re ok without fancy lodging, this is great.

Everything was good and the location was perfect to move around the city by foot. Only one thing to improve in my opinion: we run out of toilet papers and since there was no daily Cleaning nor reception assistance in the evening and on Sunday, we couldn't communicate it.

Super beliggenhed midt i centrum af Strasbourg. Lidt besværligt at køre til i bil - sørg for at reservere parkering på hotellet før ankomst. OK værelse med tekøkken og god plads. Venligt personale og ikke noget at klage over.

La localización es genial, está en pleno centro y muy cerca de la estación. El personal es muy servicial y simpático. Las instalaciones son básicas y hay elementos que no están en buen estado. La cocina de la habitación es completa y práctica.

Not having a full time receptionist was poor service. They had nobody there for our check- in and gave us the wrong code to get in the front door. Then changed the code again and didn’t tell us. No remote for the tv, which we told them about but they still never gave us. Just terrible response and communication.

Studio was surprisingly big ,well catered for kettle, coffee maker, plates, crockery ,fridge , a hob and a microwave. Nice towels in the bathroom good size bath but no plug provided so no bath but good shower. A few of the wall plugs in the bathroom not well fitted and should be adressed as could be dangerous. No aircon but fan provided Receptionists were very friendly so for the price its a perfect solution while visiting strasbourg as hotels are v pricey. Petfect location in a quiet side road

Douche qui marche mal, presque pas de pression, hyper compliqué pour moi qui ai les cheveux longs pour me rincer les cheveux . Ils devaient m'envoyer un technicien qui n'est jamais venu. Lumière cassée dans l'entrée de l'appart hôtel que j'avais loué. Ils ne changent pas les serviettes. J avais choisi cet appart hôtel pour le calme, or il est très mal insonorisé. Réveillée très tôt le dernier jour où j avais besoin de repos par des coups de marteau des 8h ! J avais annulé un autre appart hôtel pour celui ci car j avais lu de très bonnes notes. En plus il faisait extrêmement chaud ! Extrêmement déçue

Die Unterkunft war schön es gab wenige Kleinigkeiten welche störend waren ein paar Möbel waren kaputt der Ventilator im Zimmer war leider sehr dreckig und das Frühstück war sehr enttäuschend für 10€. Mineralwasser wie angegeben stellt die Unterkunft nicht zur Verfügung.

La posizione è assolutamente perfetta, in centro a pochissimi minuti a piedi da ogni punto di interesse, inoltre vicino alla linea dei tram se si necessita dei mezzi pubblici. Ristoranti, negozi e il supermercato sono anch’essi a due passi dalla struttura. La reception ha un orario limitato quindi se si arriva nell’orario/giorni di chiusura si riceve una mail con il codice per aprire la porta dell’ingresso e un altro codice che aprirà la cassetta in cui è contenuta la chiave della stanza. Questo procedimento è molto facile, gli orari ridotti della reception purtroppo comportano che, nel caso manchi qualcosa in stanza, si potrà richiedere solo il giorno dopo (noi ad esempio avevamo un solo asciugamano per la doccia e abbiamo dovuto attendere la mattina successiva per poter richiedere l’altro). Asciugamani e lenzuola erano puliti, le stanze sono attrezzate con il kit da bagno, il phon e l’angolo cottura, unico neo la pulizia generale della stanza è un po’ scarsa (molta polvere accumulata e mai rimossa). Il personale alla reception è gentile e disponibile. Attenzione, è un appartamento, non una camera di albergo, quindi non ci sono le pulizie giornaliere, se si necessita del cambio di asciugamani però, si può chiedere al personale ai piani, che è molto disponibile. Sicuramente lo consiglio se non si hanno grandi pretese e se si alloggia per pochi giorni per visitare la città perché il rapporto prezzo-posizione è decisamente favorevole.

Great Location
Very nice place in the Center. The location is Great. There are just small things that can be improved but taking in consideration that is just 3 stars hotel I guess thats normal. Ill be happy to go again

Despite instructions saying checkin started at 3, we arrived at 3 to find a sign saying reception closed at noon on Saturday & would reopen on Monday. Apparently we were supposed to have received an email giving us an entry code & a code for a lockbox with the key to the room. A French couple had the same problem and were able to reach someone who spoke English who gave us the information we needed. Got to the room to find that the metal strip between the hall & the bathroom was loose with screws sticking up, the lights in the hallway & over the sink didn’t work, the small table was unstable, and dirty dishes & glassware. There was no one to talk to until Monday morning. On Monday we complained. Receptionist was very sympathetic & helpful. She offered us free breakfast for one day, confirmed that no email was sent & apologized. We said we would prefer an upgrade to breakfast, but she said the hotel was very full & that might not be possible. She would send the technician to repair everything except the light over the sink-they were out of bulbs and couldn’t get more. As the technician was busy with emergencies, we were ultimately given the same room on another floor where everything except the light over the sink worked, but there was a piece of broken particle board near the bathroom sink. Both rooms had a water heater above the toilet that was a hazard. We have enjoyed other Sejours, but we would never stay here again & rec others avoid despite great location.
