'Going to New Plymouth and staying at the Devon Hotel just go hand in hand. From the moment you arrive, the staff make you feel welcome and looked after. The buffet is absolutely amazing!!! plenty of variety, fresh, and delicious. (find me rolling back to my room) The price is fantastic for what you get, and the beds and pillows are so comfortable it’s hard to leave in the morning. The rooms are lovely, well kept, and have everything you need for a relaxing stay. Couldn’t recommend it more!'

'Location is great. Supermarket is a little over 1 block away. Entrances to two main roads makes access easy. Plenty of hotel uncovered parking. Petrol stations everywhere. Liquor store a few buildings away. About 1.5km from downtown New Plymouth. '

'Wonderful helpful hosts. Room was clean, quiet and peaceful. I was suppose to be attending a child's 4th birthday over the weekend however caught a cold that rendered me unable to attend, thankfully my partner was able to go. Penny made sure I had everything I needed and let me know that they were there should I need anything else. Above and beyond. Beds are extremely comfortable and the spa bath is highly recommended.
