Avonturenhotels in Stroud

'We were the only guests when visiting during our hike on the Cotswold way. Although they serve no meals on Mondays our stay was excellent! Our room was fantastic and the staff great! '

'One of the most amazing hotels in the Cotswolds! Beautiful & most authentic ; great soul !! Just one little minus for Wifi not working :-('

'We have had a nice stay at the Old fleece. The apartment is just above the pub, but you won't hear any noise from it. The apartment is large and well equipped, eg dishwasher, microwave, oven, large screen with Netflix. Unfortunately it's hard to heat the room because there is just a small heating and as it's an old building cold air and noise find their way through the (window)frames. '

'Staff were very helpful and friendly (Martha was especially good). Good selection of beer and great atmosphere'

'Blijkt al sinds december 2025 gesloten te zijn.'

'The chairs are filthy, the handle was hanging off the bathroom door which was the size of a small broom cupboard and the walls don't reach the ceiling. It's a small bedsit which you get to up a fire escape. No idea how it gets such good reviews. Also the radiator didn't work and the WiFi gave up part way through our stay and the TV stopped working. Sometimes we could here what next door guests were saying word for word! Only positives were the nice water and juice and Bed was ok. Pretty grim...

'Veel en veel te duur. Alles compleet wanordelijk. Prijskwaliteit: blijf er weg a.u.b!'

'Very nice people are working there'
