Also found out that the facility is actually a time sharing facility!!'

The property had several poorly repaired items, there was an electrical issue impacting the lights, the amenities were poorly maintained, the unit was lacking in typical amenities, the housekeeper was completely unprofessional and aggressive, and they do not allow for late check out which matters when you’re traveling with children especially given one of our children is special needs.
