'I stayed 3 nights. I did notice the smell mentioned in the reviews before I booked. Only one person mentioned it. I Booked it anyhow. I figured when I got there that it’s probably the vent (I stayed on the 7th floor) cause it only smelled when the vent in the bathroom was on. I did report it to front desk at checkout and I was assured it will be looked into. Otherwise, Friendly and helpful staff. Facility is nice. The breakfast/branch was great. Felt very safe. 'Don't stay at this hotel if you only plan to stay overnight and can't arrive early to check-in and leave early the next morning like what we did. Despite our rather short stay, we were able to celebrate my dad's birthday in a memorable way. We even got a complimentary cake! My parents loved their room and so did my brother and cousin. 'I had a lovely stay in The Reef - what a beautiful place! Very nice rooms, fine breakfast, very warm and friendly staff, and very easy access to great snorkeling. One point of attention - when the staff orders a taxi, they automatically order a luxury taxi which is double as expensive as a white taxi. As you need to pay taxis with cash, this can lead to a negative surprise when you are low on cash (for me, on my trip to the airport going back)'

'After a bit of a mix up at check in we were offered a room upgrade to a Seaview room. Which was very much appreciated and was stunning ! Service throughout the hotel was very welcoming and professional. The resort was very clean and food at the restaurant was delicious and tast. It was low season so was rather quiet which we enjoyed. Pool and beachfront kept very clean and inviting for a swim. We enjoyed our stay. '
