From the cottage there are many opportunities for walking and cycling to nice places; Monte San Savino, Lucignano and many more picturesque villages nearby. 'We had a relaxing visit to this amazing Villa! Alessio and his family were so welcoming and enjoyable! The villa was ideal for our group and we had a wonderful pizza night with Alessio's mother, Catia! We also had a local chef, Linda, come in and teach us how to make local cuisine of pasta and raviloi!'

'Absolutely superb hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. We had two delicious meals cooked by Linda and we left with her homemade limoncello and olive oil. Peaceful, beautiful grounds with wonderful walks straight from the house. Tennis club 5 min drive away, and a local train station that whisked us off to Florence for the day. Don't miss Snoopy's gelato in the local town. This holiday was a 5* experience.'

'Nous avons loué une maison avec piscine mais nous n'avons pu utiliser la piscine que deux jours, dimanche et lundi (impraticable mardi et mercredi, eau trouble et très chlorée jeudi et vendredi). A cause d'un orage le lundi soir 15 aout et parce que la piscine n'a pas de couverture, la terre du jardin a glissé dans la piscine et l'a rendue impraticable (verte et "tournée"). 'This property is located approx 5km from the beautiful town of Arezzo. There is a bus every hour, daily, from Tregozanno, where the property is actually located, to Arezzo. It is very rustic and in a beautiful setting. So relaxing. And, because it’s not right in town, the best of both worlds. There are no restaurants in Tregozanno but there is a great butcher and deli/mini market. There is also a pharmacy and bar! Maurizio, the owner lives next door and is the loveliest, most helpful human being...

'Zeer mooie huis, eigenlijk een dubbele woning. Huis is erg compleet. Ook de wijn en bier etc. dat klaar stond wordt erg gewaardeerd. Zwembad en tuin is zeer mooi aangelegd op een heuvel en goed onderhouden.'

'We hebben genoten van ons verblijf in Santarsa. Elk gezin had zijn eigen badkamer en keuken en daarnaast was er ook een professionele gemeenschappelijke keuken (die wel wat klein uitviel qua werkruimte). Buiten een mooi groot zwembad dat om de twee dagen onderhouden werd. Vuilnis werd eveneens opgehaald. We hebben onze ogen de kost gegeven aan het formidabele uitzicht, het huisje was wel enkel te bereiken via een steile bergbeklimming van een 3-tal kilometer.'

'Wir haben unsere Hochzeit in der Villa Cungi, bzw. der Agriturismo La Conca gefeiert. Es war das schönste Wochenende unseres Lebens! Chiara hat die Hochzeit für uns mitorganosiert und ist die beste Gastgeberin, die man sich nur vorstellen kann. Es lief einfach nur perfekt!
