Easy tidy small house

Clean house, has basics you need in kitchen and free parking. Was great with 4 bedrooms (1 basement, 1 main floor and 2 upstairs) for our group of 4.

Relaxing get away @ the Gorgeous House

The house was exactly as the pictures were in the ad. It was simply gorgeous and we would definitely recommend staying here. The house was very spacious and clean. We were able to relax without getting in each others way and it was great being able to have some family over for dinner that we haven't seen in over 5 years. The host was friendly and got back to us with any concerns. It was nice to relax. I give it 5 stars and I would love to stay there again the next time we visit Sudbury.

Lovely hidden gem in Sudbury!

I stayed here for a night with my husband, two teens, and dog. We loved this house. It is very spacious, super clean and well-maintained. We had lots of room and we all found it really nice and comfortable. Our dog loved it too. There is a ping pong table in the basement and a fenced back yard, and the house is on a dead end street with access to trails in the natural area nearby. The kitchen is well equipped. Towels and bedding were provided, and everything was lovely and in new condition. We were very impressed and would stay there again if in Sudbury. The property managers were very responsive (though we had no issues). Awesome value for the cost!

Minnow Lake

The house was clean and roomy. The children enjoyed the basement for playing games The second bathroom was inconvenient for the guests in the upstairs bedrooms The lack of railings on the stairways were a worry. Kitchen lacked a useable fry pan and did not have a can opener We enjoyed the Keurig coffee maker and pods and being able to log into our accounts to stream entertainment We had hoped to use the backyard but it needed some sprucing up before it could be used. It was an excellent location for the New Sudbury area.
